E-Service Opens August 7th
What it is:
eService is for registered SFU students.
You can search, order, and have your books shipped to you.
Where, when, and how:
eService is available all year long, however refund deadlines still apply for course materials.
Use Visa or MasterCard. This site is secure.
What you can get:
New course materials, and selected items in general books, clothing, stationery, and tech products.
Used books are not available through eService. The demand is too high in our stores.
"Out of Stock":
If one of the items you're trying to order shows "out of stock", it means we have not yet received it from the supplier.

- For FedEx Ground within Canada: $10.00 per order
- For FedEx Express within Canada: $25.00 per order
- For international orders (overseas & US), a price quote will be emailed to you for approval prior to processing
- For FedEx Ground: within 5 business days.
- For FedEx Express within Canada: within 2 business days.
All website orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days during normal business hours excluding weekends and holidays (provided items are in-stock).
Due to the high volume of orders, delivery estimates will vary. Priority orders may be delayed, depending on the destination.
Track your order:
Once your order has been processed, a shipment notification email with be sent to you with the tracking number for your order.
If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please email
the Bookstore your contact information, order number, and SFU computing ID, and your order will be tracked.
